We are a special school that educates and supports children and young people aged 3 to 19 years who have a range of disabilities and very complex needs, a number of whom are also wheelchair users. Many of our children find it very difficult going out into the community, so being able to come to school and go outside in a safe, stimulating environment where they can access learning equipment independently is vitally important.
We are currently looking to redevelop our outside garden area to provide an exciting and stimulating environment where our younger children can learn new skills and make new discoveries. We have identified some equipment that would be appropriate for our students that will interest and develop their learning but will also be safe and accessible. We have also started to obtain a number of quotes but as you can imagine these are way out of our budget constraints.
I was wondering if you could offer any support to help fund part of our redevelopment of our outdoor space? We will obviously include any company/business that supports the redevelopment in the grand opening which will be well covered by the local media.
