Hi, we are Poppy and Juliette.
We are raising funds to pay for our girl guiding trip to Austria this summer. We were both successful in being selected from a large group of girls from all over the Anglia region. We will be staying with a host family in Austria for a few days before joining a 4000 strong Jamboree gathering close to Salzburg.
Girl guiding rules state that we have to raise the funds ourselves - 1600 pounds each! We have been busy selling craft items, running tea and cake stalls, bingo nights and other fun things.
We would like to kindly ask you to sponsor us for our sponsored walk in Wales on the 6th May. We will be doing the challenging 8 mile circular hike in the Breacon Beacons which takes in the peaks of Pen y Fan, Corn Du, Cribyn and Fan Y Big.
