While in Ghana we will be visiting 'The Potters Village' - here a growing number of displaced women and children are housed.

Many of these children have previously been denied education, parental care, love and protection. They have suffered neglect, violence, exploitation and abuse leading them have no other choice but to leave home and live on the streets.
Unfortunately for many Women in Ghana, although they are mostly responsible for raising their children and families, they are the most neglected by their husbands and society.
