I am the mother of two children, Poppy 14 and Spike 10, both born very prematurely.

Spike has many ongoing issues and complex needs but he is thriving due to the amazing care, support and expertise of our precious NHS.

As a result of our experiences as a family, I have had a real desire to help ease the path of other families going through what we have gone through.

I have set up Positively Chronic as a resource for them - perhaps for you?

I have the support of Psychologists, hospital consultants, charities and organisations. They are very enthusiastic about the potential of this initiative and are keen to promote it to families they support.

But to develop and promote Positively Chronic I need financial help.
