In May 2020, amidst the first lockdown, I started Positivity by Post to spread a little kindness and brighten the days of those struggling.

Since then I've posted out over 3,000 care packages across the UK, and I've supported various local charities and projects including Leicester Rape Crisis, Cambridge Rape Crisis, Hinckley Food Bank and Feed the Hungry. I've also done Christmas Card projects where over 400 cards have been sent to severely ill children in hospital over the festive period.

In September 2024, I won a BBC Making a Difference Award.

All of this could never have happened without the kindness, support and generosity of others. Positivity by Post relies solely on donations to keep the service running.

After a year long hiatus due to my own health issues, Positivity by Post is back!!

I want to continue the project by supporting causes in my local community and making a deeper, more meaningful impact closer to home.
