I’m running the Bournemouth Half marathon on the 8th October - raising funds to help the NHS fund the Road to Wellness Awards - they are a wonderful feel good awards event, celebrating the success of patients or carers living with a physical or mental health condition. I value the Road to Wellness as a unique opportunity to celebrate the great work and testimonials of patients and their carers. It’s one time of the year that we have to celebrate the successes of our collective work and brings us together with a collective purpose.
