Story
We, through the Banda school, will be raising money to support the Premature Baby Unit at the Kijabe Hospital (one of our chosen charities for this academic year). We are raising money to go towards the following much needed equipment:
Bubble c-pap reservoir - 6000 ksh each (to help premature babies breathe)
Bilirubin light bulbs - 2000 ksh each (for premature babies who suffer from jaundice)
O2 blender regulator - 20,000 ksh
Vital sign monitor cords - 12,000 ksh (they have the machines but lack connections small enough for the premature babies)
According to statistics, Kenya is ranked 15th out of 188 countries in the world with the highest number of preterm births.

Anyone who knows us knows that Ella Jane and Merlin were born premature and both had such a struggle; however they were lucky. They had the best help and Doctors. Kijabe hospital is not so lucky and these prem babies need your help to get the start in life that we all deserve.
