Thank you for visiting our page. We're trekking 40 miles from Aldershot to Royal London Hospital to raise money for Mind & Army charity, and we're aiming to do it in less than 24 hours!
This is going to test our physical fitness but most importantly with no rest and constant trekking test us mentally too.
1 in 4 people each year in the UK suffer from a mental health problem, and too often suffer in silence, or without support. Mind makes a difference by providing support and awareness for the issues which face us, our friends and our families every day.
From stress and anxiety to suicide and psychosis, the problems suffered and support required are varied but in all areas Mind's work to raise awareness is breaking barriers.
If you can spare anything to support our fundraising cause then you will make a difference. We'll also film and take photos throughout the 24hrs of trekking so you'll be getting your money's worth!
