I've joined the gryphons abroad project which is run by the university of Leeds. Me and 11other students are fundraising an overall goal of £2000 so that we can travel to South Africa to teach English school children.

What we we will be teaching: We will be teaching school children how to develop their English. This will be in a classroom environment with a range of materials, to help advance their understanding of the English language. We will also be teaching them a wide range of sporting activities. This includes teaching them how to ride and maintain their own bIkes.

What I will be doing to raise money: I will be organising a range of activities in order to reach my overall goal of raising £2000. This activities include but are not limited to: dog walking, bake sales, and sponsored runs/bike rides.

further information: We will be travelling to South Aftica in June 2018 for two weeks. We will be based in the Kwa-Zulu Natal region where we will work with school children.
