On 10th June 2018 I will be taking on a new challenge and completing my first triathlon. This won't be an easy challenge for me and I have been training hard and pushing myself. This is all for my dear dad who had a stroke back in 2011 and it changed all our lives forever and nothing would ever be the same. It took two and a half years for my dad to come home back to his family where he belonged. We then discovered the North Kent Disabled Foundation where my dad has been going for four years now. My dad really enjoys going twice a week and it really helps my mum by giving her a much needed break as she is his full time carer. The reason I am raising money if for a much needed new resource centre with better facilities so they are able to do more activities and help more people.
