Jude is 14 and has Duchenne's muscular dystrophy. This is a serious muscle wasting condition that is life limiting. Jude relies on a functioning wheelchair, hoists and other pieces of equipment around the home. This all needs servicing and replacing from time to time and his family rely on donations to help keep all his equipment functioning and updated. Jude is my nephew so this cause is close to my heart. I am running the Bolton 10K to help raise vital funds.
