We are helping to raise money for sepsis trust as most of you know we lost our work colleague, friend and family member to this disease. Therefore, the staff at Llanishen Leisure Centre, Rach's friends and family will be running a 10k obstacle race called "Invncbl" on the 28th October.

Rach was a healthy 29 year old, who was a fun and outgoing indiviual who died suddenly of the disease Sepsis.
