My younger brother Dobir is now only 28, he was diagnosed in 2012 with blood cancer type AML (Acute Myeloid Leukaemia). AML is relatively a rare disease, it is a cancer of the myeloid line of blood cells, it is characterised by the fast growth of abnormal white blood cells that build up in the bone marrow. This in turn interferes with the production of normal blood cells.

After several gruelling rounds of chemotherapy, surgery and recovery, Dobir nailed it! he was in remission but Tragically his cancer has returned almost after five years. We now need to make arrangement for him to have a Bone Marrow Transplant, this is his only hope for life as there is no NHS in Bangladesh, no free treatment, We need HELP to raise money for him in order for him to get a bone marrow transplant, which we believe will give him chance to live. Not Fair for Dobir to have Cancer twice at such young age as he is not lived his life yet

Getting people to hear Dobir’s story is important. his story is heart breaking, extraordinary, rare, but his positivity makes it inspiring too. Dobir is still standing up to cancer

With the help of family and friends, money is starting to be raised for Dobir's treatment, but it’s going to take the generosity and kindness of as many people as possible to get to the target of £75,000. We will very much appreciate all the love and support we are given.
