Story
We are raising funds to send 12 Dialysis & Organ Transplant Children aged 11-15 from Alder Hey Children's Hospital on the 1st Mixed-Ability Outward Bound Trust residential in Howtown, in the Lake District in JULY 2017.
This much needed break will provide respite for parents and inspire the children to keep up the fight on dialysis or enjoy their gift of life.
"There are currently 3 people a day dying while waiting for an organ transplant so it's important as a Dialysis patient that you live each day and make memories".
