This little girl came into the rescue having grown up in less than idea living conditions and suffering from neglect. Her name is Yorda and she has the beginnings of a mammary tumour :( This can be very common in female rats from back yard breeders. I know this from cold, hard experience. Her op will be in the margin of £120 and we're doing some fund raising to help towards the bill. If anyone would like to sell a few unused books on Facebook, maybe an old pet cage, side table, dress or teapot - and then donate a little to the rescue, I know this little girl would very much appreciate it. I will, of course, be transparent with the vet bills.

My smallest (human) girl has sold some Sylvanian Families toys and raised a little so far <3 She loves her rats.

Yorda will not be rehomed as she is nervous and doesn't know how to 'rat' so good. But she is more than welcome to live her life with a group of 4 of my friendliest girls.
