My goal in life is to make a positive difference to other peoples’ lives. My passion is providing soap bubble workshops for special educational needs children, disability groups, care homes, hospices and charities.

I also provide wellbeing workshops aimed at helping people with mental health issues. The workshops provide a distraction from daily problems and an escape into a new magical world.

Soap bubbles are increasingly being used as a therapeutic tool to help with relaxation and stress relief and they can provide immediate mood elevation.

I fund all the workshops myself and have done about 25 workshop and interactive displays over the last 12 months.

But, to continue providing these workshops after the coronavirus crisis is over, I will need some financial help to cover the costs of putting on a workshop. My aim would be to increase the number of workshops I can offer to 100 per year, or even more.

To help raise the funds to provide these workshops, I am going to cycle the full Tour de France distance of 3,470 km (over 2,000 miles) on my exercise bike. I hope to complete this challenge in about 40 days (double what the professionals take but I am in my 50s!!!).

I will be livestreaming on my YOUTUBE CHANNEL and providing updates on TWITTER FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM. If I can understand how TIKTOK works I might use that as well.
