Started running this year, to get fit and healthy, as I found running after younger kids that I was very unfit. Now that I have got some element of fitness back, I felt it was only fair to raise money for something which would also benefit my kids, their school.

Whilst this isn't your usual charity, this is something which I very close to my heart and ensuring that the children of Maddiston Primary are given the best start in life as this will help to contribute to school trips, after school activities and equipment along with technology which will assist them in their education.

The Maddiston PSA was set up to raise funds for activities to benefit the children of Maddiston Primary School. Throughout the school year we have regular fundraising events. We meet on a monthly basis in the school. Our meetings are informal and any parent/carer with a child at Maddiston Primary or member of staff is more than welcome to attend.

* Glentress Half Marathon - 21km (November 2017) - Completed

* Devilla 15km (February 2018)

* DeerStalker 15km (March 2018)

* Alloa Half Marathon - 21km (March 2018)

* Dunblane 12km (May 2018)

* Fort William Marathon - 42.1km (July 2018)
