Appeal- we are all quick to donate to charity but what about people in this country that need our help? I know someone who is a victim of the social system and needs your help desperately. She works and is a mum of 2. She rents privately and walls. get on the council list. She has been waiting for 2.5 years. Because she is a private tenant she has to live in what can only be described as squaller. You wouldn’t let your animal walk in there let alone your kids. It’s in such a state that even her window doesn’t open. The carpet is beyond cleanable and radiators are falling off. We can’t change the system but I would love her to come home to somewhere that is a bit more inviting. She is desperate for new flooring, sofa, kitchen units. If anyone has any carpet or would like to donate towards some, has a free sofa or any nice home furnishings to make a place a “home” please contact me. Even some white paint would be appreciated, bed sheets anything. Please help this girl. She is a wonderful person who tries she has paid taxes her whole lofeto do her best. She suffers with depression and anxiety and still gets up every day and looks after her kids and works and our government won’t help her, but we can. She won’t cheat the system or be like so many other lying that they can’t work. She never used to live like this and I want to get her some kind of decent life back.
