On 1st July a group of us will be tackling Mount Snowdon with the aim of raising funds for those mums that need it the most.

Following the birth of my second child I was one of the 1 in 3 mothers who are affected by Post Natal Depression.

Having experienced the excellent support of others throughout my experience of Post Natal Depression, I now wish to help other mums going through similar experiences to my own.

The services that raised funds will go towards include: counselling, group sessions, exercise, Post Natal retreats & much more.

Not only will we be helping the mums but also their children, partners, mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, & friends who experience with them the difficult times that postnatal depression can bring.
