Invest in ME

Some years ago, my world took on a new dimension, ME, the ME world slowly infiltrated out lives and before we knew it my active, gym loving husband would be exhausted through completing basic tasks. I cant describe the impact it has on our family, our children are so understanding and yet they are constantly reminded of the limitations ME brings. ME may not be life threatening but it massively threatens quality of life.

There is no cure, more research is needed which is why every donation matters.

so about me.... I am not a natural runner, I’m overweight (a brutal but honest truth) and I’m keen on an odd vodka or too! I am running the Norwich 10k and I wont lie I am bricking it, i did it last year and ended up in a&e!!
