Two weeks ago local.man Alan mills was involved in an awful rtc on his motorbike.surgeons at the royal free battled for almost 10 days to save a leg with multiple breaks and no knee cap. Eventually it was decide to amputate Alan's leg above the knee.
Alan's wife worked 52 hours a week to boost Alan's full time wage to manage the mortgage.bills and family life.Alan would come home and step into dad mode.doing homework.cooking dinner etc for when vicki got home.
Alan is now going to get £92 pw ssp.and vicki is having to cut hours to care for him when he comes home.whilst he is rehabilitated with a prosthetic leg. .she has already cut hours to allow visiting time in london with their 2 children.aged 13 and 7 years old.
