    Story

We recently found out one of our players Jack Fieldhouse who’s only 12 years old has been diagnosed with the horrible disease Leukaemia. Jack is such an amazing boy with a heart of gold and such a huge part of Monkseaton Juniors U13’s Football team and friend to us all, he always has a beautiful smile and such an amazing attitude in life.

Doctors have said Jack is responding well to the treatment but has a long journey ahead of him, but he and his family are ready to win this fight and we are all here for them all.

All the boys and parents from the team were so upset when we found out about Jack. All the boys jumped at the chance of doing something to help and make Jack and his family smile.

They boys have decided they would like to help raise money for give to the amazing ward that Jack is currently on as they have been doing such and amazing job in looking after Jack and his family. To give Jack the holiday of his dreams when he is feeling better.

So, all the boys are going to do a Triathlon on 17th March 2018, which will consist of a bike ride from Blyth to Whitley Bay then run the promenade in Whitely Bay followed by lengths in the pool which will be tough one for all the boys to do, but would like to push themselves to raise money to say thank you to Ward 4 for their amazing work and support.

The boys are looking to raise £500.00 which would be amazing!!!

Time of the event is to be confirmed but will keep you updated with the finer details.

Any donations and support no matter how small they are, are very much appreciated to help the boys reach their £500 target.

Let’s get training boys we can do this!!! Let’s get that beautiful smile on Jack’s face

    Love
