    What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

2.5 years ago my aunt was diagnosed with Myeloma, she had her first stem celll treatment which was a success for 18 months, then another which failed. She came to see us last year, was planning on this year. Had dates in tge diary, things planned. Shes now been given hust 6 months to live, at 55 thats nothing. I would love to be able to fly out and spend sometime with her, have fun, laugh, cry, hug, and finally say goidbye. Im a law student with a very young family, sadly i dont have the funds for flights, especially during this time. Thank you to anyone that has read this, even just reading it is most appteciated. My gramnar will be off, my spelling is terrible, but this is written from the heart.

    warmest wishes and happiness, Rebecca.

I’m a 39 year old law scholar, I’ve 2 young children and a wonderful husband, would love to see my Aunt and do some things on her bucket list! Considering 6 months is not a long time, she’s still got her sense of humour and would love to do a final few things with her.
