Did you know that 1 in 10 young women in education, in the UK, cannot afford sanitary products? This is a new project, recently arrived in Watford, Bushey and local areas. The project aims to ensure that no young woman misses school or experiences anxiety/panic or embarrassment because she has her period. We want to stop young women having to make do with wadded up tissue paper or spending their day worrying they may leak because they don’t have enough pads/tampons to cover all of the days of their period.

We will provide sanitary products and new knickers, in a Red Box, to local schools to ensure young women can get everything they need.
