All over the world, innocent children are being torn away from a parent. This is not happening in a war ravaged or 3rd world country - it happening right here in the UK.

DOES DADDY/MUMMY NOT LOVE ME ANYMORE?

Children forced away from mummy or daddy whilst others have never met their daddy because disastrously harsh UK family visa rules mean that the British parent is forced to be separated from his/her family whilst he/she starts to work towards insane minimum income requirements. This could mean a child being split from the parent for a minimum of 6 months but usually SO much longer - with some children never having met their parent - and most forced into a skype relationship. For some Brits it means being exiled from their own country because they cannot meet the high requirements.

So many lies are peddled to justify these rules that have gone under the radar for far too long causing many children to suffer in silence - many to not be able to have a relationship with a parent, damaged irrevocably by our own government.

Family Migration Rules - JCWI

The family unit and the parental bond is massively important to the healthy development of young children yet here are the government wantonly splitting up families and causing mental health issues in the innocent victims trapped in the middle of this heinous political mess.

Children and families must not be used as a pawn in the government's obsession to bring down net migration figures - family is sacrosanct.

We are putting on an event and we need help to fund it. JCWI (Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants) is backing us as are other established non profit organisations. We are inviting families and children who have been affected to come to London and take part in a poignant Christmas carol concert to highlight the wrongs being done to so many children and families.

1) Transport to the event itself - we need to be able to help the families who are already struggling financially because they have been forced into one parent families because of the rules - many mothers who are trying to balance a job, a child and paying horrendously high legal and visa fees to get their beloved over to the UK to be a family unit.

2) Event costs - any food and sustenance for the day to ensure that the children are looked after; fees; rental of equipment; the list goes one

3) Any money that is left over will go to JCWI - a non profit organisation that works tirelessly to bring an end to cruel migration rules that damage many
