hi my name is Ria Moore i hate asking but I am desperate as I have cerebral palsy epilepsy learning difficulty just found out I have dyspraxia and hemiparesis i need a electric wheelchair and adaptations or to move to a bungalow as the council and nhs say i have to pay for myself i been let down by the nhs and the government and every avenue i have tryed they won't help they keep pushing me away because i look and sound able body when am not and i have no quality of life to spend time with my 3 old son any financial help would be much appreciated no matter how small thank you ria
