    Story

Our aim is to build an office for a receptionist, who is hearing impaired and then turn her present office into a rest room/learning room for young trainees. We need funds to do this. Also to increase our stock of tools computers and equipment for those disadvantaged persons that we are able to train and support

We are a local company who operate a car valet and automotive repair workshop. We provide all types of vehicle detailing, polishing, rustproofing and paint enhancements. We also offer vehicle remapping, window tinting, repairs, servicing and mot's.

We work locally with a charity called 'Young Devon' which is for young people between the ages of 15 and 21 who, for whatever reason have nowhere to live, no parents, or need a reason to have a better outlook on life. We also work with DWP at the job centre to ensure that disabled people, and those with long term health conditions have the opportuities to fulfil their potential and realise thier aspirations.

Since setting up this business , we have grown. We have built a reputation as a very trusted and reliable firm. We have taken steps to do what we can for our local community. For instance, we have organised car shows to raise money for the Childrens Hospice Southwest. We have another planned for the summer that will go towards our chosen charity, Little Heart Matters, for children born with half a heart.

We offer work trials, work experience ,job shadowing and apprenticeships to run alongside our full time employment positions. We offer in- house training and support , including support workers if needed. We currently have a nineteen year old boy working with us who has ADHD, depression and anxiety, Asperger and a few other conditions. He is thriving now having been given the opportunity and support to gain employment. We are also looking to apprentice a shy sixteen year old who is orphaned and wants to work and learn. These are just the begining of those that we are able to help.

We are ourselves are currently funding the process of installing a new valeting bay for our young trainees so they can learn how to clean the interior of vehicles and to do exterior polishing and paint defects. A clean environment makes it easier to see any exterior marks on the outside of a car, more lighting will hopefully follow in the next few weeks to make things easier. We have also managed to provide some units, cleaning chemicals and materials to enable our trainees to get started on this side of their training.
