I'm undertaking my 3rd Tour of Sufferlandria. Think 'Tour de France'..but indoors! This is a 9 day cycling tour completed on indoor trainers using Sufferfest training videos. Starting on the 4th of February I'll be spending between 1 and 3 hours on the bike every day for 9 consecutive days taking on the challenges set on the training videos...with titles such as the Long Scream and Nine Hammers, you get the picture! It's not easy!

I'm raising funds to be split equally between two causes.

1.The charity we support through work, the Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice in Glasgow. We have supported the Hospice over the last year, helping them provide fantastic care to terminally ill patients and important support to their families.

2. My son's rugby team. Earlston High School and Melrose Rugby "Wasps" U14s who are raising money to fulfil their invitation to play in Nice and Monaco in May 2017. A fantastic experience for an outstanding bunch of young lads!
