On 15th September 2015 my niece Dannii Marie was born. Sadly, due to complications she died just 2 hours later. Thankfully the hospital had a bereavement suit where mum, dad and family got to spend time with Dannii and together build some memories with the help of an Aidan's Elephants memory box. All the love in the world couldn't keep Dannii Marie with us but with your help and support we can try to help other families through the most difficult time of there lives. Very few hospitals in the UK have bereavement suits so parents are unable to spent this valuable time with there precious angels and often will leave hospital with nothing but sadness but being able to have a physical connection like the memory box is a godsend that unfortunately doesn't reach many, yet!

So, on the 8th June 2018 myself and a friend are cycling from London marble arch to Marbella harbour, covering 1700 miles in 15 days. we will be raising money for Aiden's Elephants to supply memory boxes to more bereaved families and to 4louis trust who wish to help build bereavement suits in every hospital in the UK, supply special cots to allow families extra time and further training for midwives so they can support families and manage the grief they themselves have had to deal with.
