At “Athlete Factory Fitness Flintshire” we are always looking to support our members and community. one of our members has received the heartbreaking news that a member of their immediate family has been diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic melanoma (an aggressive form of skin cancer) which has spread to his liver and his brain. The special care received by the North Wales Cancer Appeal has been immense so we have decided to hold an event starting the 1st February 2021.

The Event is open to anybody not just members of the Gym but to all friends and family.

The aim of the event is to Run Jog Walk and to reach 1000 miles bu the end of February. Record your activity post it to the Facebook page and then make a donation. You can do this as many times as you like. Donations are welcome even in not taking part but want to support.
