I'm currently trying to raise funds to enable me to cover the cost of my annual professional boxing medical to continue my fight career & provide for my family.

I served 10 years in The British Army from 2003-2013 in The Kings Regiment followed by The Duke of Lancasters Regiment when we were amalgamated with two other predecessor regiments in 2006.

In 2006-07 I served in Iraq on Op Telic 9 where my comrades and I got blown up by an IED just after I'd turned 21 which at that point was my first experience of being KO'd. We lost a number of good men on that tour among others who we lost in future conflicts in Afghanistan.

Fortunately I was selected to represent The Army and Combined Services Boxing Teams from 2009-2012 that kept me out of harms way where I won 3 Novice Combined Services Titles reaching 2 quarters and one Semi Final in The Novice Class A & Bs after a long spell of being called up but not being available to be released to represent The Army at boxing due to Pre deployment and Operational commitments.

In addition to this upon leaving the forces I had a few unlicensed bouts followed by more amateur bouts for Salisbury ABC in The ABA's and Harringey Box Cup before turning professional.

I'd have turned over sooner only due to affordability and lack of knowledge on the avenues to take in order to turn pro & who to approach to make it happen it was delayed.

Since leaving the forces at times it's been difficult to adjust back into civilian life were I've predominantly been working as an HGV driver.

In addition to losing people to Operational conflicts other friends and relatives have also died. One accidentally and another two including a sibling where murdered between 2006 & 2012.

My main intention is to hopefully raise enough funds to cover the remaining cost for me to stay active and hopefully earn enough to help with living costs and provide the best for my children predominantly and anything beyond that would be a bonus. Hope you can help, Thanks.
