hello this is my sisters story and i wanna share it with you all..

for months my sister was going too her doctor complaining of chest pains and stomach pains.. but he would always come back with the same answer that it was heartburn and he would always prescribe her the same medication.. even tho he knew heart problems we're known on my dads side of the family, he never offered too send my sister for an ecg :(

so we woke up on the 03/11/2016 too find out that my sister had suddenly passed away in her sleep after desperate attempts doing cpr,the ambulance crew arrived and said there was nothing they could do and my sister had passed away. all our family and friends are truely heartbroken and nothing can help us cope with this heartache and pain we are all going thru :( this is purely negligence on the doctors side. my sister leaves behind 3 beautiful children who have now lost their mum.

so all we are asking for is a little donation big or small towards funeral cost and maybe even towards a headstone.

we would be truely thankyou. so thankyou in advance too whoever donates. has you can imagine our family unit has been torn apart and a huge hole will forever be in our hearts. love and miss you so much sis </3
