Story
Sadly Fred tragically passed away on the 8th January 2021, it would be great if we can all come together to get something that could be placed in his family garden (A bench has been suggested) from all of his friends and followers.
This is our opportunity to thank Fred and show our respects to his family for his great contribution within our lives.
I have set a target of what a solid oak bench would likely cost. All proceeds raised will make it to the family so if we raise more or less all contributions will be gratefully received.

3 years agoYet again, the new target was smashed! Thanks to all of you. I thought I would go through the comments and just summaries some of the key words that are being used over and over again, here and on the EKF. • Gentleman • Legend • Supportive • Encouraging • Funny • Friendly • Jolly • Genuine • Kind As others have mentioned Fred really did make such a difference to a lot of people and he will be greatly missed. 3 years agoThank you everyone, your generosity is heartening! I’m going to raise the target to keep the donations coming in. As I said before there is nothing yet agrees as to what the funds will purchase but the more money raised opens up more options.
