Ripple-Vision(ripple-vision.org) is a non-profit organisation working to bring real hope to millions of people worldwide.TIVID is a charity who is at the heart of the community at which it supports, the only one of its kind in the region we are appealing for donations to help support to (TIVID orphanage.tividorphanage.org.ng) Which is currently home and school to 120-orphaned children all under the age of 10 years old with various level of needs. TIVID originally has a capacity to care and support 80 children however due to the ongoing conflicts in the region TIVID has taken on supporting additional 40-orphaned children on humanitarian grounds and has now falling on financial difficulties thereby into a state of inhabitable disrepair.The plight of these children has been brought to our attention, and we have been approach for support by TIVID. we aim to support the financial struggles of this group by raising funds to undertake repairs to dilapidated science equipment, classrooms, medical facility Within the premises.Replacing 70 computers and relevant ICT equipments replace 48 beds; undertake repairs to existing electrical appliances that are in disrepair, supply exercise books, uniforms, textbooks and shoes. Purchase 2000 mosquito nets renovate the existing toilets and bathrooms, 2 new boreholes to supply clean drinking water throughout the premises.The total estimate of these repairs is at £18k we aim to raise £15k through donation. Ripplevision team has agreed to donate £3000 towards the estimated amount provided by our surveyor as needed to undertake these repairs. Of these total estimated amounts, £5000 would be paid to local contractors, £12,500 towards materials and equipment’s, £500 for mobilising for the team of local volunteers.Your kind gesture of donation to support these children in attaining a basic level of education and emotional wellbeing is highly appreciated and we say thank you! please accept our gratitude.
