The gable end of my cob cottage has collapsed, and unfortunately I am not insured as I am unemployed and the bank rejected payment last month when I was struggling with funds.

6 years agoCollapsus resurgum RJ Salter top guys Bob and Roger dug an inspection hole today to confirm that the original foundation would be adequate . Two joiners to commence shuttering carpentry tomorrow. One of the joiner's surnames is Carpenter ! We will be singing "Close to me" in perfect harmony. Snow storm is forecast Good King Wenceslas watch out. Laters........... stay classy ...., Rob the cob

Paperwork is to be submitted to the relevant authorities. I hope that this does not delay progress. Drawings are underway but hidden problems may yet delay matters.
