First thanks for reading. This a continuation of my last page which raised £500 but got closed due to an incorrect expiry date.

I am the goalie for the GB Sledge Hockey team. We are all hoping to go to Japan to the pool b world championships in November 2016. If we get there and finish top 3 we will automatically be put into the paralympic qualifying tournament for the 2018 winter paralympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea.

Being an unfunded parasport means that every competition we go to we have to raise the funds for travel, accommodation and entry fees for the whole team, of which there can be 17, and back room staff which we can't be without. The goal set is an estimate on cost of each person in our squad. Any money raised above will go straight into helping the rest of the team get to Japan.

The last time we went to Japan, 4 years ago, for a pool b championships we finished 3rd and got to the paralympic qualifyers. We hope to repeat this success and go one better getting a place in the 2018 winter paralympics.
