It is with great sadness that we have had to closed our school doors once again to all children (except for the children of key workers) from 5th January 2021. As a Headteacher, my main job is to ensure all children receive the best education we can offer them in such difficult circumstances.

Our school is situated in one most deprived areas of the country and many of our children's families have found the past year incredibly challenging. We fear that the legacy of the pandemic will be felt deeply in our community, having a direct impact on the life chances of our children.

We are fundraising to help support our children at this time, specifically with crucial ICT equipment. We hope to provide additional resources for our children to use at home and to fund further academic programs to help them catch up on the learning that they have lost, when we are able to reopen our school.
