    Story

The extreme seasons in Mongolia contribute to the damage of structures and buildings. The local Kindergartens, Orphanages and schools world challenge supports in these vast rural areas will allow me to immerse myself into the community and learn about and support their day to day lives while contributing to the upkeep of these buildings and facilities.
The Verbist Care Centre at Gachuurt provides a refuge for former street children, orphans and abandoned children, while allowing them to enjoy the countryside and learn traditional skills such as growing their own food. Since 2009 the World Challenge teams have overhauled the toiletblock, constructed outside benches, fixed water connections and carried out painting and maintenance work.
