Unfortunately my father died on 1st June 2014. It was an incredibly sad time for our family and friends. My father loved golf and loved Faughan Valley. I want to celebrate his loyalty to the club by building a bridge, in his name, over the water course on his favourite hole. It can only happen with you and the club's help. Let's celebrate a great man by raising enough money to make the bridge happen. There is a Peace bridge in Derry, there needs to be one in Faughan Valley. If you play golf, show your respect to a fellow golfer by taking part in the event, at Faughan Valley on the 1st July 2017. I never inherited the golf bug so I will donate money to further the cause, feel free to follow my lead. The picture above shows my father and Conor with a serious fringe.
