Weʼve raised £15 to for variety which is a part of Britain's Junior Miss. The first £200 goes to putting me in the finals and any more over that goes to variety

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.
The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
Where some competitions will charge between £300 and £800 just for entry fees, Britain's Junior Miss decides they didn't like that. So instead they ask each contestant to fundraise.
The cost to put me in the final show is £200. So instead of asking me to pay that, they pay the sum as soon as I became a finalist.
This is where the fundraising comes in. They've asked me to raise a minimum of £200 which will cover the costs in the final show. When someone does a Charity Sky dive a portion of what you raise covers the costs of the activity, this is exactly the way Britain's Junior Miss does it.
It means they can give as many people a chance to be a part of what they offer, which create outstanding women who feel confident and motivated to be the best possible versions of themselves.
I have between now and the final (18th of august) to raise at least £200, then the rest of what I raise (the profit) goes to Variety, the children's Charity.
Who ever raises the most money is awarded the Miss Charity title :)
