The Welcome Organisation who provide help for the homeless and vulnerable and I think that together we can all help those in need. I am always reminded of the advertising billboard from a few years ago which said, "we are all only two pay checks away from homelessness". People become homeless for a variety of reasons and we can all give a little to help a lot.
Secondly I would LOVE if we could raise enough to help purchase a tandem bike for use by The Belfast Tandem Cycling Group. These bikes are used for training and sporting events from tri and dualthons where a pilot rider will cycle with a visually impaired athlete. This makes sport more inclusive to all who want to try it and offers a greater sense of confidence for a rider who may never have tried to participate in these types of events. Lets make sport open to everyone who wants to try it!
