    Story

There are a million reasons to get healthy or to try out a new sport, but not better than for a good cause; a good cause that personally effects somebody that you care about.

My colleague and friend, Richard Bradford's 14-year-old daughter, Meg has aggressive Friedreich's Ataxia - an autosomal recessive disease that causes progressive damage to the nervous system. She will be dependant on a specially designed wheelchair to fully aid her living within the next year.

I'm in no way a professional cyclist and with four days of cycling spanning 350 miles I undoubtably have a lot of training to do in order to achieve this goal, but your contributions will certainly motivate me to complete this challenge, and what's more important, they will help a lovely young girl in dyer need.

You can read Meg's full story here: http://miles4meg.com.

My team and I head out on September 27th.
