Story
Hi all, as you are aware that our son Stefan has had a 3rd fracture in a space of 10 months, he has certainly gone through the mill as they say. We wasn't expecting this to happen and it will certainly affect him again, we are going to have a long road to recovery with this fracture as the healing process is longer.
As a family we are not a big family and we would like to be able to take Stefan away on a family holiday once he has recovered from this ordeal and to able to see stefans face light up again. We have all gone through it all over 10 months and it certainly knocked us all.
Everybody that knows our situation with Stefan will understand how much this would mean to him and we can't thank you all for kind words and love we've had from you all.

8 years agoWell had some good news yesterday to which stefan should be back in hospital in January to have his fixation removed, then it will be long process off physiotherapy and much more appointments to be attending too. We've been waiting for this news now for a few weeks and we can now say we can start enjoying our xmas a little better

8 years agoWell we had clinic this morning and they are happy for Stefan to start to do some weight bearing, we will be back in clinic in two weeks time and hopefully we will be looking at just after xmas or new year for Stefan to have the external fixation removed. All money raised we will take Stefan away for the day to the seaside for him to enjoy the freedom a lot more. Final push now towards Stefan's goal and to hopefully put a smile back onto his face
