In order to be able to provide our children, families and local community with the best possible chance of survival following a cardiac episode the Nursery staff are raising money to purchase a children's and Adult Defibrillator. This will be located in the Nursery and available to the nursery, local school and local community. The director of the nursery has suffered a Heart attack, 2 of the nursery staff have had heart related illnesses and a nursery child was born with a heart defect. The nursery community has also been touched by the sudden death of a past student following an diagnosed heart condition. Having a defibrillator available when an incident occurs increases the patients risk of survival.

Some of the nursery staff will be totting up cycling miles at the local Parringdon Sports centre during the month of April. our aim is to do enough miles to cycle from Harlow to Geneva , just over 630 miles, and to gather donations along the way.
