One of our close friends from University is in desperate need for your help. Pippa was recently diagnosed with Lipoedema, an autoimmune disease which results in large (benign) tumorous fat deposits across her body.

The treatment she requires is not funded by the NHS and amounts to the large sum of £65,000. This will fund six rounds of surgery, across 18 months, that would prevent Pippa from being wheelchair-bound by the young age of 25.

Pippa is one of the most ambitious people we’ve ever met and this debilitating condition could jeopardise her future in so many ways.

To help rally those donations, we will be running the Hackney Half Marathon on 20th May 2018 to support Pippa. In comparison to what Pippa has been through, this is a small feat but hopefully it encourages more people to donate!
