We've reformed the team that did London to Paris last year, and with a few extra team members will be cycling from Rotterdam to Bonn to raise money for Living with Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (CAH). CAH is a lifelong condition where the adrenal gland produce the wrong hormone messengers leading to problems including overwhelming fatigue, early puberty, short stature and fertility problems. The lack of the vital hormone cortisol also means people with CAH are at risk of infection and adrenal crisis leading to coma which can be life threatening. Living with CAH is a patient and family support group working hard to improve life for families affected by CAH.
