Hi, I have recently been following a journey of a very dear family member go through something no mother should. Her son who was only just over a year old had to have open heart surgery because his valves were not functioning properly. The staff at the Freeman Trust gave her hope and support when she needed it the most. Even when the little lad was out of surgery and sedated, the nurses played the ukulele to him which he responded to. The love is outstanding! I am pledging to raise £100 towards this amazing trust and will be plogging on the 23rd of August around Grafham Water, litter picking for a whole day in the hope I can raise some money for the trust as a little thank you.
