Thank you for reading. I am raising funds to build a School from Nursery to Grade 7. I have the land already for this project. The school will benefit communities of 5 villages near the Samasuwo village where the school will be built. There will be 8 teachers houses and 3 classroom blocks each block is 40m long by 7 metres wide. 8 classrooms plus Staff room, Headmasters office Administrators Office and school hall 45m by 8 m.
Bricks are available locally at $30/1000
Transportation of bricks is $50/2500.
Riversand is available at cost of $50/load of 5 cubic metres.
3/4 stones costs $750/20 cubic metres
Cement cost $13.50/bag.
To build one block of 40 x 7m
Footing require 26cubic metres 3/4 stones
-----80 bags cement for footing
-----50 bags cement to build foundation box
-----90 bags cement for the slab
-----20 000 bricks for building the foundation
Above estimates are on one block of classrooms to foundation level only this is excluding builders charges etc etc
