I am jumping 400ft to raise £400 for Cedar House Counselling Centre in Preston.

Cedar House is a registered charity which provides counselling to individuals 16 and over with anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship issues, abuse, and more. They provide up to 120 counselling appointments each week and the team of dedicated counsellors are all volunteers, all trained to professional standards with many years of experience or trainees coming to the end of their training. Cedar House doesn't charge clients for counselling however each appointment costs the charity £19.74. The charity relies entirely on donations to keep afloat and to keep providing such an amazing and important service.

On 8th September I will be doing a bungee jump to raise money for Cedar House. As a trainee counsellor on placement at Cedar House I have felt proud to be part of such an wonderful team. Every penny raised will go directly to Cedar House and will make such a difference. All donations no matter how small will be greatly appreciated.
