Weʼre raising £3,000 to help fund Sale Brass enter and travel to the Brass Band National Finals in Cheltenham in September 2018

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.
The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
In the last weekend of February, on a crisp, cold but beautiful winters day Sale Brass traveled with high hopes to Blackpool to take part in the North West Regional Brass Band Finals. The band were not disappointed and all the hard work paid off with 2nd place and an invitation to enter the National Finals in Cheltenham in September.
The hard work really starts now. The band has worked tirelessly together to get this opportunity to enter the finals, but the reality is this trip costs significant money. We need hotel accommodation, transport, entry fees etc - and when this is for 25 players, this doesn't come cheap. After all the work and effort put in by John and the band, it would be awful to contemplate not taking up our entry due to the fact we can't afford it.
We are a community group made up of people from all across the local area. We support other local charities and events through both performing, but also by fundraising on behalf of others. Music and the Arts are important parts of any community and we contribute to the music education of the Trafford area by providing free tuition and loan of instruments through our training band
Any help and support you can offer is gratefully recieved.
Thanks in advance
